We currently ship only within U.S. states where the sale and delivery of cannabis-related products are legally permitted.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that cannabis-related products are legal in your delivery location.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment.
During high volume periods (such as holidays or new product launches), processing may take longer.

6. Risk of Loss & Liability
All items are shipped FOB Origin — meaning the risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the package is handed over to the carrier.
LeafRT is not responsible for:
Delays caused by carrier issues
Lost or stolen packages after delivery
Orders seized due to legal restrictions in the delivery area
7. Delivery Restrictions
A 21+ adult signature may be required upon delivery, depending on your state or local laws.
Certain products may be restricted or unavailable in your location due to specific cannabis regulations.
If we are unable to ship to your address, we will contact you and issue a full refund.
8. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure
If a package is returned due to:
Invalid address
Delivery refusal
Multiple failed delivery attempts
You may be responsible for reshipping fees.

If your package arrives damaged or is missing items:
