1. Shipping Eligibility

We currently ship only within U.S. states where the sale and delivery of cannabis-related products are legally permitted.

⚠️ We do not ship internationally.
⚠️ We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that cannabis-related products are legal in your delivery location.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment.

  • During high volume periods (such as holidays or new product launches), processing may take longer.


3. Shipping Methods and Times

We offer the following shipping options:

5. Shipping Fees

Free shipping may be offered on eligible orders during promotional campaigns.


6. Risk of Loss & Liability

All items are shipped FOB Origin — meaning the risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the package is handed over to the carrier.

LeafRT is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carrier issues

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery

  • Orders seized due to legal restrictions in the delivery area


7. Delivery Restrictions

  • A 21+ adult signature may be required upon delivery, depending on your state or local laws.

  • Certain products may be restricted or unavailable in your location due to specific cannabis regulations.

If we are unable to ship to your address, we will contact you and issue a full refund.


8. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

If a package is returned due to:

  • Invalid address

  • Delivery refusal

  • Multiple failed delivery attempts

You may be responsible for reshipping fees.


9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or is missing items:

  1. Contact us at contact@leafrt.com within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, photos of the packaging/product, and a brief explanation.

We’ll evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.
