At LeafRT, your satisfaction matters. Due to the nature of our products, certain restrictions apply to returns and refunds. Please review the following policy carefully.


1. All Sales Are Final

Due to health, safety, and legal regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any cannabis products, including but not limited to:

  • THC/CBD flower or oils

  • Edibles

  • Vapes or cartridges

  • Any product with a tamper-evident seal

Once your order is placed and fulfilled, it is considered final.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace or refund the item(s).
To qualify:

  • Notify us at contact@leafrt.com within 3 calendar days of delivery.

  • Include:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the damaged/defective item(s) and packaging

    • A description of the issue

After review, we’ll either issue a replacement or process a refund.


3. Lost or Stolen Packages

LeafRT is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

  • Stolen shipments after delivery

If you believe your package was lost or stolen:

  • File a claim with the shipping carrier

  • Contact us at contact@leafrt.com and we’ll assist where possible


4. Refunds (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once processed


5. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed.
If your order status is “processing” or “shipped,” it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, email contact@leafrt.com as soon as possible.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges. If an item is defective, follow the steps under Section 2.


7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Dislike of flavor, effect, or product experience

  • Ordering the wrong product or quantity

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

  • Packages returned due to incorrect shipping address
